What details are required to sign up on the Fyncr mobile application?

Fyncr requires your mobile number to get you started on the application, after which you are required to complete the registration process by providing your email address, ZIP/ physical address and Date of Birth in MM/DD format. Once your identity has been verified, you are good to make payments, enjoy rewards and be part of this financial services revolution!

How much time does it take for payments to be processed and reflect on my credit card?

Fyncr pulls the funds out of your linked bank account within 1-2 business days and successfully credits it to your credit card account within 3-4 business days after having pulled the funds. At most, the funds reflect on your credit card statement within 6 business days of submitting the payment

How can I delete my account?

You can write to support@fyncr.com for account deletion request and we will deactivate the account for you. For certain versions (device dependent), you will find the ‘Delete Account’ version

Transactions related issues

If there are any issues related to transactions not reflecting on accounts, failure of debit from source account or credit to destination account, please contact us on +1 833 908 3339 or email us on support@fyncr.com and our support team will make sure that everything is taken care of!

How do I claim rewards?

After paying your credit card bills, you will accrue rewards points or FYX (fyncs) that you can use to claim a reward. Simply go to the reward of interest, check the value of reward to make sure you have enough FYX to claim and then click CLAIM to enjoy the reward

Sales related issues, returns and refunds:

For any sales or returns related issues, contact the merchant brand directly. Fyncr is not responsible for any failure to complete sales transactions with merchant brands. However, if you do have any issues regarding CLAIM of rewards and SPENDING OF FYX, do write to us on support@fyncr.com and we will be happy to help!

List of banks or type of accounts not supported for debits/time taken for debit refunds:

We are unable to process debiting payments from certain types of bank accounts. In case you have linked your bank account and processed a payment, in the event that it does not go through, you will see the funds in your account within 5-7 business days. If for any reason, the funds do not reflect, please contact us on +1 833 908 3339 or email us on support@fyncr.com and our support team will make sure that everything is taken care of!

List of credit card issuing banks not supported for credit card payments/time taken for debit or credit refunds:

If your credit card issuing bank is not supported on our system, the amount debited from your bank account will be refunded within 2 business weeks.
